For over 20 years, I’ve helped people stay active, capable, and confident in their bodies — without being sidelined by preventable injuries.

I don’t believe athletes are defined by competition.
An athlete is anyone capable of performing demanding physical tasks — in sport, in business, or in life.

Eight years ago, my family and I moved to Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where I now run hybrid coaching — combining in-person and online support to meet people where they’re at.
